Welcome to ALEX, an AI Agent developed as part of the NAVADA movement. NAVADA is a technology consultancy and research initiative focused on building intelligent, autonomous AI systems for real-world applications.

Lee Akpareva is an independent consultant, holding an MBA and MA, who designs and operates AI agent systems. Lee is the creator and sole operator of ALEX and the NAVADA platform.

By accessing or using ALEX, the NAVADA website (alexnavada.xyz), or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

ALEX AI Agent

ALEX is an AI-powered Global Economist agent that provides market analysis, financial research, data visualization, and general-purpose AI assistance via Telegram and web interfaces.

NAVADA also offers the following professional services:

How to Join

1. Open Telegram and search for @ALEX_Navada_bot
2. Send the /start command to begin
3. Interact naturally with ALEX to explore available features
4. Provide feedback via Telegram or email to help improve the system

Beta Tester Responsibilities

• Use ALEX in good faith and for legitimate purposes
• Report bugs, errors, or unexpected behaviour when encountered
• Do not attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the system
• Do not share API keys, access tokens, or internal system details
• Understand that beta features are subject to change without notice
• Provide constructive feedback to help improve ALEX

Beta Limitations

• Service availability is not guaranteed during the testing phase
• Response times may vary depending on server load and API availability
• Some tools and features may be restricted or unavailable
• Data generated during beta may be reset or cleared
• Rate limits are enforced to ensure fair usage across all testers
• Advanced features (email, file generation) are restricted to approved users

No Warranty

The beta service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NAVADA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the beta service. Use at your own discretion.

Free Access

ALEX is currently available free of charge during the beta testing period. This includes access to public tools such as web search, financial data, charts, diagrams, and general AI conversation.

Usage Limitations

• API rate limits apply to all users (requests per minute and tokens per day)
• Advanced tools (shell, email, file generation) are restricted to approved users
• Conversations are subject to context window limits of the underlying AI models
• Generated content (charts, PDFs, images) may be subject to size and frequency limits
• NAVADA reserves the right to modify, limit, or revoke free access at any time

Fair Use Policy

Free tier access is intended for individual use. Automated bulk requests, API scraping, or any activity that places excessive load on the system is prohibited. NAVADA may suspend accounts that violate fair use policies.

NAVADA offers bespoke AI agent development services for businesses and individuals. Custom agent projects are scoped, quoted, and delivered on a per-engagement basis. Services include:

• Custom AI agent architecture design tailored to your business needs
• Tool and API integration (CRM, email, databases, internal systems)
• Deployment on cloud infrastructure or edge devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi)
• Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and performance optimisation
• Training and documentation for your team
• Token cost analysis and efficiency optimisation

Custom development engagements are governed by separate agreements specific to each project.

Data Collection

ALEX collects conversation data necessary to provide the service, including message content, timestamps, and user identifiers (Telegram user ID). This data is stored locally on the ALEX server and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party AI Services

Your messages are processed through third-party AI APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, DeepSeek) to generate responses. These providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. Anthropic and OpenAI do not use API data for model training.

Memory Systems

ALEX stores conversation summaries and learned facts in local memory systems (ChromaDB, JSON files) to provide contextual responses over time. You can request deletion of your stored data at any time by contacting us.

No Sensitive Data

Do not share sensitive personal information, financial credentials, passwords, or confidential business data with ALEX. While we implement security measures, the service is not designed for handling regulated or highly sensitive data.

When using ALEX and NAVADA services, you must not:

• Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the system
• Submit prompt injection attacks or attempt to override system instructions
• Use ALEX to generate harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract proprietary system information
• Impersonate ALEX, NAVADA, or any associated personnel
• Overload the service with automated requests or denial-of-service attempts

Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from all NAVADA services.

NAVADA & ALEX

The NAVADA brand, ALEX AI Agent, associated code, architecture, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of Lee Akpareva. All rights reserved. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the ALEX system without explicit written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any original content you provide to ALEX. By using the service, you grant NAVADA a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the AI service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by ALEX (analysis, charts, reports, text) is provided for your use. You may use AI-generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes. However, NAVADA makes no claims of originality or accuracy for AI-generated content.

As Is

ALEX and all NAVADA services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated content, including financial analysis, market data, and research, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or medical advice. Always verify critical information independently and consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAVADA and Lee Akpareva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Service Availability

NAVADA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. ALEX may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, API provider outages, or technical issues. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

NAVADA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of ALEX or any NAVADA services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via Telegram or email. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
